To perform our service, you must authorize Start-365 Concierge to access your vehicle. Please complete these steps before your first visit:

Start-365 Concierge LLC provides in-person vehicle care: (a) weekly engine start by our technician; (b) monthly tire inspection with photo report; (c) dashboard alert reporting after each visit.
Client is solely responsible for providing lawful vehicle access, building authorization letters, key arrangements, and parking passes. No refunds for missed visits due to access issues outside the Company's control.
Start-365 Concierge LLC is NOT a repair facility and does NOT perform mechanical repairs, diagnostics, towing, or roadside assistance. Not responsible for: pre-existing vehicle issues; weather or hurricane damage; theft or vandalism; third-party damage; mechanical failures unrelated to our service.
First month $100 promotional. From month 2: $150/vehicle + $100 each additional. Auto-renews monthly. Cancel 5 business days before next billing. No partial-month refunds.
Not liable for service failure due to hurricanes, flooding, pandemics, government restrictions, or acts of God.
Total liability not to exceed 3 months of fees paid. No incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Florida law governs. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, FL.
